 This information is being shared with you at the request of our ETFO President, Sam Hammond.

This year, as before, EQAO will require teachers who administer the grades 3 and 6 assessments to complete a questionnaire.  ETFO members administering the grades 3 and 6 assessments should continue to complete the questionnaire as required by policy.

However, in a change from past practice, EQAO is now offering the questionnaire to all elementary teachers.  For teachers not administering the assessments, completing the questionnaire is voluntary.

ETFO is recommending that teachers, other than those in grades 3 and 6 who are required to do so by policy, not volunteer to complete this survey.
