The one-time Professional Learning Fund (PLF) offer has been extended and now expires August 31, 2012
Under the Collective Agreement, Teachers may apply for reimbursement of registration and
related costs for credit and non-credit courses. Under these guidelines, non-credit courses
includes conferences, workshops and other activities in which Teachers choose to participate in order to support their professional development.
To apply for reimbursement, the activity must occur between September 1, 2009 and August 31, 2012, except for new hires. The activity for new hires must occur on or after contract start date up to August 31, 2012. This information must be clearly shown on your receipt.
