As noted on April 29, 2016, we are currently experiencing technical difficulties and are unable to send newsletters to members with Yahoo or Rogers addresses via our standard method.
In the meantime, you may notice a slight change in ETT newsletters as we have set up a temporary service to ensure that all members (including those with Yahoo and Rogers addresses) continue to receive important ETT-related news and information.
Unfortunately, until this issue is resolved, we cannot add new addresses to the email list or update addresses on the list.
We have resolved the issue concerning password resets, event confirmations, and other individual emails generated by the ETT website. Members with Yahoo and Rogers email should now be able to receive these messages. If you are still having difficulties, please complete a technical support request.
Once again, our deepest apologies for the inconvenience. We are continuing to work with Yahoo, Rogers, and our email service provider to correct the issue.
